ZRC SAZU offers various opportunities for collaboration.

Career Development

ZRC SAZU invites both promising young researchers as well as experienced researchers to collaborate with us. Young researchers are encouraged to participate through Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), while more experienced and established researchers are invited to collaborate through European Research Council (ERC) grants. We offer work in a modern and dynamic research environment within the 18 research institutes of ZRC SAZU.

Project Partner

ZRC SAZU successfully and actively participates in numerous projects funded by the European Union (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, Europe for Citizens, and other projects under various directorates, such as EaSI, AMIF, COSME). We also take part in many projects supported by structural funds in Slovenia (European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), European Social Fund (ESF), Cohesion Fund (CF), European Territorial Cooperation programmes (Interreg)) and other international programmes (Norwegian and EEA Grants, SCOPES, COST Actions).

As a project partner, we offer diverse and multidisciplinary expertise, primarily in the humanities and social sciences. Our research areas are highly varied, ranging from linguistics to philosophy and from archaeology to biology.
