Gender Equality Advisor

The Gender Equality Advisor is dr. Jovana Mihajlović Trbovc. She is available for consultation regarding questions in this area, specifically:

1. implementation of the Gender Equality Plan and suggestions for its updates
2. implementation of the ZRC SAZU Strategy for Ethics, Integrity, and Equal Opportunities in Research (in the area of equal opportunities)
3. national and European guidelines in the field of equal opportunity policies
4. integration of the gender dimension in research (both in the composition of project teams and the content of project proposals and research).
