Gender Equality Training
Through the organization of gender equality training, ZRC SAZU aims to establish an inclusive, safe, and supportive working environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees in their work and career advancement. Annual training sessions, designed for different groups of employees, will address various aspects of gender equality, including ensuring balance in decision-making bodies and leadership positions, guaranteeing equal opportunities in recruitment and transparent hiring processes, avoiding unconscious bias in the recruitment process, combating workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and other forms of harassment.
